01The report

Four things every report carries

  • Comprehensive analysis, delivered within minutesEvery clause read and checked against the law that governs it. Not skimmed for highlights.
  • A plain-English summaryEvery finding explained in the words you’d use, at a reading level anyone can act on, so you know what to push back on before you sign.
  • Detailed executive summary and key findingsProvision-level findings with the governing law behind each one, in an annotated PDF or DOCX you can file, forward or negotiate from.
  • Your files, your callBy default your file is held in memory only, never written to disk, and gone the moment analysis completes. Or keep the contracts you choose in the Contract Vault, encrypted with AES-256 at rest. Either way, nothing is used to train anything.
02Contract Vault

Analysis is the first read. The Vault is every read after it.

Most people file a signed contract and never open it again until something goes wrong. We’re building the Contract Vault as contract management for people without a contracts team: the agreements you choose to keep, with their reports, dates and obligations, in one place and re-checked as the law moves.

In development. Stipulex does not provide legal advice.

  • One place for the agreements you live and work underOffer letters, leases, vendor agreements and loans, each with its report attached and searchable by party, term or clause. You’ll find the provision before the renewal notice finds you.
  • Dates that matter, surfaced in timeRenewal windows, notice deadlines, expiry and option dates, pulled from each contract and shown before they bite.
  • What you owe and what you’re owedObligations on both sides, by contract and across the Vault, so a delivery date, a payment term or a non-compete never comes as a surprise.
  • Re-checked when the law changesWhen the law governing a stored contract changes, Stipulex checks that contract again and tells you what moved.
  • Encrypted, and kept only if you chooseNothing is stored by default. Storage is per contract, on when you say so and deleted when you say so, with stored contracts encrypted at rest using AES-256.
